As a 50-year veteran of the candied apple trade, Happy Apples understands that annual sales are a series of ups and downs. This includes peaks during autumn and around key holidays.
To reap the most out of this predictable cycle, Happy Apples asked NewPoint to help them take their orchards into the 21st century. The main objective: revamping their website design with an e-commerce platform.
Following a discovery session to learn about Happy Apples’ business priorities, NewPoint was able to deliver a fresh website design with an updated look/feel, company story, retail-store locator. Most importantly, it now has the ability to field online orders through the e-commerce portion.
Additionally, the website laid the groundwork for an Apple-of-the-Month Club that buoys sales during the off-season.
Today, Happy Apples continues to delight new generations with its timeless treats. This is in part because of their shrewd move to stay in step with shifting consumer behavior.
